Solventia - Journal of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws is a bi-annual, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published in English by National Law University, Jodhpur, to advance research and scholarship in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy laws. Established in 2023 under the aegis of the Centre of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies, the journal's publication commenced in 2024.
