About Solventia
Solventia – Journal of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws is a bi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published, in English, by National Law University, Jodhpur, to advance research and scholarship in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy laws. The journal, established in 2023 under the aegis of the Centre of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies, provides a platform for rigorous analysis and discourse on both domestic and international aspects of insolvency law. With a focus on encouraging innovative contributions, Solventia aims to foster comprehensive legal research that engages with contemporary issues in the field.
